A. - If your Account Principal is in the range of $10 - $5,000, you will be earning 11.2% every business days and If you have from $5,001 to $20,000, you will be getting 12.4% every day. If you have oaver $25,000 in your account the interest rate will be 15.00% daily every business day, Principal has been included in daily profit.

Q. - What is 'Withdrawable Balance'?
A. - 'Withdrawable Balance' - This is the amount you can withdraw into your e-currencies account at any time. It is comprised of all non-compounded interest payments. Also you can add the funds you have in your 'Withdrawable Balance' to your Account Principal at any time.
Q. - I have funds in my 'Withdrawable Balance'. How can I transfer them into my e-currencies account?
A. - To do this you need to:
- Log into your Money-plus basic account.
- Access 'Withdrawals' area
- Enter the amount you would like to withdraw.
- Press 'Submit' button.
Q. - How soon will you process the withdrawal request I have placed?
A. - All withdrawal requests are processed manually after being checked and approved by our managers. Normally withdrawals are processed within 7-8 hours.
Q. - I placed a withdrawal request over 24 hours ago. I wonder why I have not been paid yet.?
A. - The most common reasons why you were not paid are:
- The e-currencies account number in your account profile is incorrect.
- You have balance limit imposed on your e-currencies account. Please contact e-currencies to sort this problem out.
